 Lindsey K. Rietzsch 

Lindsey K Rietzsch (pronounced "reach") was born and raised in Sandy, Utah and currently resides in Davis County, Utah. She holds a Bachelor of Integrated Studies degree from Weber State University. Her degree emphases are in Communication, Family Studies and Social Work. 



As a former employment counselor for the state of Utah, Lindsey has worked as a certified instructor for the Department of Workforce Services, teaching assertive communication and job retention skills. Lindsey has also designed curriculum for and instructed self management and relationship courses. Her “How to Date Your Spouse” class was the inspiration behind How to Date Your Spouse the book. Lindsey is also a motivational speaker on the topic of relationships and self-improvement.Her motto as explained in her work - "Changing the world one marriage at a time"
In the late summer of 1999 Lindsey met her husband Manuel who was also studying at Weber State University. They were happily married on December 1st 2000 in Salt Lake City, Utah. Manuel who is a German citizen is also a former semi-professional soccer player from Hof, Germany. They have three beautiful children Gabe, Paisley and Cambrey.

In addition to being an author, speaker, and a full time mom, Lindsey is also an entrepreneur. She owns and operates Hydroheel LLC and is the inventor of the hydroheel pedicure treatment (as seen on TV). Lindsey firmly believes the impossible can be possible and shares this inspiring message in her upcoming book Successful Failures
