ideas in this book are based upon a wellness model rather than a
disease model. It’s a great way for people to enrich and work on a
relationship while the relationship is still healthy and functioning;
before it gets diseased. The ideas that Lindsey uses in her book are
great for keeping a marriage vibrant and alive.
I
think boredom is a reason for a lot of affairs and neglect. If these
things are used in a healthy marriage and consistently it can be very,
very beneficial. If you are starting to drift apart and wonder what you
can do, this is the time to start doing some very creative things. I
can’t think of anywhere to get more really good, creative suggestions to
enrich a marriage than in Lindsey’s book.

Lindsey does a good job of just having the ideas ready which gets you started with that you want to do. After you start doing some of her ideas then you can create some of your own.
It seems like people are getting divorced now more than ever. I think it’s important for a couple to never be relaxed in having fun with each other. Always try to do something new and creative. I always need help with creativity. I like her book that way."
